REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy forms part of the Public Offer available at
https://pigment-world.com/oferta-en and establishes the procedure for withdrawing from training and receiving a refund.

1.1. Send your request to
pigment.world.pmu@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund.” You may use the template provided in the Appendix to this Policy or submit the request in free form.
1.2. Please include the following information in your request: your full name; the email address and phone number used when making the payment; the name of the Plan or Course; the payment date and amount; and, optionally, the reason for cancellation.
If any information is missing, we will contact you to clarify it. Missing information alone is not grounds for refusing to consider your request.
1.3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and notify you of the refund amount within 10 business days.
2. Refund amount
2.1. The refund amount depends on when the request is submitted:

Amount paid minus the value of completed modules, calculated under Clause 2.2

Price of the practical training minus documented expenses, including Model fees, venue rental, and consumable materials
After in-person practice has begun
Price of classes not yet conducted, calculated proportionally based on the number of Models, plus the value of modules not yet opened
The service was not provided or was provided improperly due to the fault of the Service Provider
100% of the price of the unprovided portion or a proportionate price reduction, at the Customer’s choice
The Service Provider rescheduled the practical training and the new dates are unsuitable for the Customer
100% of the price of the practical training
2.2. The value of the portion already provided is calculated proportionally using the following formula:
Plan price × (value of components already provided ÷ total value of all Plan components).The individual prices of Plan components, including modules, Advanced Techniques, in-person practice, and the PM BOX training kit, are published in the “Academy” section of the Website at
https://pigment-world.com/academy.
A module is considered provided if access to it has been opened and the feedback included in the relevant Plan has been provided.
2.3. Example calculation.The Beginner Plan was purchased for KGS 131,900.
It includes:
- Module 1 — KGS 78,000
- Module 2 — KGS 78,000
- Module 3 — KGS 34,000
- Total component value — KGS 190,000
Module 1 has been provided.
Deduction:
131,900 × 78,000 ÷ 190,000 = KGS 54,148Refund amount:

3.1. If the PM BOX training kit has not yet been provided to the Customer, its price is refunded in full.
3.2. A kit that has already been provided may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that it has not been used and its original condition, seals, and packaging have been preserved.
Opened sterile needles and pigments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
3.3. If an item in the kit is defective, we will replace the item or refund its price, at your choice, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
4. Refund period and method
4.1. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the refund amount has been agreed.
4.2. The refund is made to the same bank card used for payment and in the original payment currency (KGS or USD).
The time required for funds to be credited to the card may range from 1 to 30 days depending on the card-issuing bank.
4.3. If the card has been closed, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the payer’s account using the bank details provided in the refund request.
4.4. The amount is refunded in the original payment currency. The Service Provider does not deduct or reimburse exchange-rate differences or fees charged by the Customer’s bank.
5. When no refund is provided
5.1. No refund is provided if all components of the Plan, including the final assessment, have been fully and properly provided.
5.2. No refund is provided for the Online Portion if the access period has expired and the Customer did not submit a cancellation request before the end of that period.
5.3. The provisions of this Policy do not limit any consumer rights granted under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
Any provision that places the Consumer in a less favorable position than applicable law will not apply.
